What we do
People are unique.
Each of us has different needs, goals and capabilities, so I take the time to understand what's going on and what you want to get back to before deciding how best to help.
As both an osteopath and personal trainer, I can take you from hands-on treatment of pain and injury, through progressive rehabilitation, and into training built around where you want to get to.
Whether that's picking up your kids without pain, returning to the gym, getting back to sport or simply feeling more confident in your body, the aim is to help you keep moving forward.

Meet the founder
I'm a registered osteopath, personal trainer and soft tissue therapist with almost a decade's experience in musculoskeletal healthcare. I hold a Master's in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, graduating with a Distinction.
My path into healthcare grew from a lifelong love of sport and my own experience of recovering from serious injuries. That led me first into personal training, then soft tissue therapy and eventually osteopathy, driven by an interest in how the body moves, recovers and adapts.
My approach combines hands-on treatment with exercise and rehabilitation. I don't believe recovery should be passive; I want you to understand what's contributing to your problem, what we can do about it, and how you can build the strength and capacity to get back to the things that matter to you.
Whether you're returning to sport, dealing with persistent pain or simply want to move and train with more confidence, the aim is the same: understand the problem, treat what needs treating and progressively build you back up.

"After a serious snowboarding injury and hip surgery, osteopathy and rehab helped me move beyond daily pain, return to sport and eventually get back to the mountains. That experience is a big part of why In Motion Rehab exists."
Alistair McKinley - Founder of In Motion Rehab
